Referral Marketing in 45 Seconds…

I’ll skip the details but a friend of a friend asked me to explain Referral Marketing to him in the simplest way possible.

I said… you got 30 seconds? He said yeah sounds good.

Here’s what I told him…

Referral Marketing is simple.

Then help them duplicate that.

It looks like this: 5, 25, 125, 625, 3125. That’s 3,905 people subscribing to a $60 membership each month.

This creates $234,300 in volume. Our company pays $13.30 per subscriber, so you’d make $51,937 a month.

I sent him a video that briefly explains our company, products and marketing plan. Told him to get back to me if he had questions.

P.S. I don’t always use the big numbers. Sometimes I’ll go 3 levels deep. Sometimes 4.

…. Base that on who you’re working with.

In this case I went 5 levels because this person already makes big bucks and I knew that to get his attention that’s what I needed to do.

If I were talking to a 19 year old who wanted a new truck in 3 months, I would’ve only gone 3 deep… That would be $1736 a month. They could buy the hottest truck around for that!

If it was a wanna be stay at home Mom who had three kids to put through college over the next few years 4 levels would work… $10,374 a month would probably more than get her attention!

As Anthony Robbins always says, let the prospect make the presentation…
