I’m Coach Wade.
For more than 25 years, I have worked in the banking and financial services industry, helping individuals, families, and business owners make important financial decisions, overcome financial challenges, and work toward their financial goals.
Throughout my career, I noticed a common pattern. Most people are not struggling financially because they lack intelligence, motivation, or work ethic. They struggle because no one ever taught them how money really works.
That realization led me to create Power Team.
Power Team is not a business opportunity, investment program, or sales organization. It is a financial education ministry and mastermind community dedicated to helping people grow financially, personally, and spiritually through practical knowledge, accountability, and real-world financial principles.
My mission is simple:
To empower people through financial literacy, personal development, and proven financial principles so they can experience greater financial peace, freedom, and purpose.
