Hi,
Coach Wade here.
Let’s look at business from a different angle.
The entire purpose of business is to solve problems. If people didn’t have problems, there would be no need for products, services, or opportunities.
Think about it:
- If no one ever got hungry, restaurants would disappear.
- If no one ever felt tired, hotels would sit empty.
- If no one’s skin aged, anti-aging products wouldn’t exist.
- If no one ever got sick, the vitamin industry would collapse.
Problems create opportunity.
So instead of complaining that people have challenges, let’s celebrate it. Problems are the doorway to value. And when we position ourselves as problem-solvers, we become relevant.
A Different View on Prospecting Information Packs
Here’s an interesting perspective from a leader I respect.
He says there are two powerful reasons to use a pre-approach information pack when prospecting:
1. It disqualifies the uninterested.
If someone isn’t serious, the pack filters them out and saves us time, energy, and unnecessary rejection.
2. It puts distributors into action.
When team members are lending tools, they’re working. Activity builds confidence. Confidence builds results.
It’s just a different viewpoint — but worth considering.
Struggling to Motivate Your Downline?
Here’s a simple but powerful approach shared by a friend:
“I don’t motivate people. I recruit motivated people — and then I make sure I don’t un-motivate them.”
Think about that.
Instead of constantly trying to light a fire under someone who doesn’t want to move, maybe the better strategy is to attract people who already have internal drive — and then support them without smothering their enthusiasm.
Sometimes leadership isn’t about pushing harder.
Sometimes it’s about choosing better and protecting momentum.
