“We Are Doing the Best We Can…”

Coach Wade Report

“We are doing the best we can…”

There’s more to that sentence.

We are doing the best we can… with the knowledge and skills we currently have.

And here’s the good news:
When we gain new knowledge and develop better skills, our “best” improves.

Personal development isn’t just repeating affirmations or trying to stay positive. Real personal growth includes learning the hard-core skills of our profession.

Let’s look at it this way.

You walk down the street. You talk to 10 people. Maybe one is interested in what you say.

Why?

Because of the words you used.

Now imagine you improve your skills. You sharpen your message. You learn better phrases and better positioning.

You walk down that same street again… and now 4 out of 10 are interested.

Same street.
Same people.
Better skills.
Better results.

We don’t become a dentist, engineer, pilot, or programmer by simply buying a starter kit.

And we don’t become professionals in network marketing just by enrolling.

We have to learn the skills of the profession.

A Message for Your New Team Members

This is why casual chit-chat doesn’t build businesses.

There are specific words that work better than others. That’s why listening to your upline and learning proven language matters.

Shortcuts in wording usually lead to long delays in success.

Thank You

A big thank you to everyone who downloaded “3 Easy Habits for Network Marketing: Automate Your MLM Success.”

If the book helped you, consider leaving a review. It helps other leaders and new distributors make better decisions.

We all know how habits work.

We already have habits—good ones and bad ones.

The powerful part?
Habits work for us or against us 24 hours a day.

The great news is that we can intentionally build new habits that serve our goals.

For example:

Create a “To-Do” list every night before bed.
That one small habit keeps the next day focused instead of drifting away.

Simple. Powerful. Effective.

The Words That Spark Immediate Sponsoring

Right after enrolling a new distributor, try this question:

“Of all the people you know—friends, family, coworkers—and of all the people you’ll meet in the future, is there at least one person who feels the same way you do? Someone who would love a part-time business and an extra paycheck?”

Then pause.

Let them think.

Sometimes one well-structured question moves a business forward faster than a long explanation.

The First Skill to Promote to New Distributors

What’s the first skill they should learn?

It depends on what they need most. Many new distributors come in with certain strengths already.

But if you asked me what I recommend first?

Learn the secret language of prospects.

We’re in the people business.

Products don’t walk up to people.
Websites don’t build relationships.
We talk to people.

When we understand how prospects think—and how they process information—we gain confidence and communicate more effectively.

If we don’t learn this skill, we unintentionally push away 3 out of 4 people we talk to.

And that’s frustrating.

Your new distributors can learn this skill through book or audio:

The Four Color Personalities for MLM: The Secret Language for Network Marketing

Available in paperback, ebook, and audio formats.

Welcome

Hi, Coach Wade here.

Most people don’t fail in MLM because they can’t sell.
They fail because they were taught to explain, convince, and pressure.

That never works.

People join when they feel curious, comfortable, and in control.

This site is about thinking skills, not scripts.

You’ll learn:

  • Why explaining kills interest
  • How to create curiosity without selling
  • Why tools work better than opinions
  • How to keep pressure low and posture high

If you don’t like chasing people, you’re in the right place.

Take your time.
Think differently.
