The Coach Wade Report

Hi,
Coach Wade here.
Getting fired isn’t always a disaster.
In fact, when you’re looking for prospects, consider people who’ve been let go from their jobs. Many of them didn’t enjoy waking up early, sitting in traffic, following rigid systems, or answering to someone else’s vision.
Some of them wanted flexibility.
Some wanted control.
Some simply wanted to be their own boss.
Those people? They might be incredible prospects.
And if they’re currently job hunting, remind them of this:
They can begin building a network marketing business while they’re waiting on interviews and callbacks.
Why pause your future while waiting for someone else to approve it?
Waiting for Motivation?
Here’s a tough question:
If we wait for someone else to motivate us… what happens if they never show up?
Do we stay stuck?
Do we stay unmotivated for years?
Self-leadership is a decision. No one is coming to rescue our ambition.
Some Hard Truth
Most people know how to drive.
But only a few get paid serious money to drive.
Professional race car drivers earn big checks because they have exceptional skills. They’re not average. They train. They refine. They master.
Network marketing works the same way.
Most people can do it.
But those who earn serious income develop exceptional skills.
They don’t stay average.
Top leaders are paid for their communication skills, posture, follow-up systems, and influence—not just their effort.
So start simple.
Master one skill at a time.
For example: Ice Breakers.
Learn better opening lines so prospects lean in instead of pulling away.
Instead of chasing people, improve your words so people start asking you questions.

Coffee Machine Strategy
Next time you’re on a break with coworkers, casually insert this into the conversation:
“I know you don’t plan on working here forever either. What’s your long-term exit plan?”
And then… be quiet.
Let them talk.
Sometimes one good question opens a door that a full presentation never could.
